Options
Each unit is built to order and customization is available. Please contact us with any inquiries about ways we can tailor a machine to fit your individual needs, including but not limited to:
- Hopper extension: Adds an additional 25 L of capacity with an extra 6.5" of height.
- Custom frame color: Replace the default black enamel finish with a color that matches your business.
- Polished stainless: By default, the hopper, weigh box, and doors have a brushed satin finish, which is easy to keep clean. We also offer a higher polish finish for a more elegant look.
- Custom funnel: We can produce custom funnels for any style of bag you need to fill if the included funnel doesn’t suit your needs.
Demos
We offer in-person demos by appointment at our shop in Seattle, and can offer a demo unit for short-term loan to test the machine out in your own business (local pickup in Seattle only, subject to availability). Please contact us for details.
Ordering
Each machine is built to order and our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. Please contact us if you would like an up-to-date lead time before placing your order. A non-refundable deposit of $4000 is due at order time, and the remainder is due before the order ships.
The unit ships by normal mail in a heavy-duty cardboard box and does not require a freight delivery or liftgate charge, but if you are considering buying multiple units, we can arrange to freight them togther if preferred.
Please contact us if you would prefer to receive an invoice to pay by check or bank transfer, or for a price break when ordering more than one machine.
